With the new creation wizard, user can only create either bootstrap or control plane provider since it uses the same generic name for both. If you create Kubeadm/RKE2 Boostrap provider with the new wizard, you cannot create ControlPlane provider using the new wizard. There is no way to provide a custom name to providers, so the new creation wizard is not very useful.
