RKE2 vsphere does not have option for datastore cluster

Setup

• Rancher version: v2.8.2
• Rancher UI Extensions:n/a
• Browser type & version: any (tested on firefor 122.0

Describe the bug

RKE1 has an option for using a datastore cluster, whereas rke2/k3s UI does not have this option. Both have support in the backend, so it would be nice to add this option for rke2 as well

To Reproduce

• using vsphere with a datastore cluster setup, provision an rke2 cluster thorugh rancher
  • when creating the cluster through rancher, try to select a datastore Cluster

Result
no datastore cluster option is available.

Expected Result

we should allow provisioning a cluster using a datastore cluster.
