[GKE] - Fix Auto-create Subnetwork behaviour #16050

Describe the bug
When you create a GKE cluster and you select a VPC network that has subnet and then you select "Auto-create Subnetworks" option from the Node Subnet dropdown, if you come back and check the Node Subnet dropdown again you'll see the first item being selected on the list rather than the newly created one.
To Reproduce
Go to GKE cluster create page => Exapnd Networking section => Select a Network that has subnet(if not selected already) => Select Auto-create Subnetworks from the Node Subnet dropdown => Hit Create => Come back to Edit the cluster => Check the Node Subnet
Result
The first option is selected even though you didn't select that
