Make Fleet cluster context more obvious

I was confused when a Git Repo I configured was not visible under the Resources sub menu, until I finally noticed that there was a Workspace context drop down menu at the top (with another Workspace selected). It is not obvious that the menu context may be different from the workspace currently being viewed.

Having the Workspace context automatically change to the currently viewed Workspace might help. Having the Git Repo, Helm Ops, Clusters, and Cluster Groups tiles clickable might also help (linking to their corresponding Resource view in the right Workspace context).

Would you be able to provide some steps to reproduce?

It sounds like

• The workspace filter shows workspace A selected
• The dashboard shows resources from multiple workspaces, including workspace B
• Resource in workspace B is navigated to via dashboard
• View is still setup to show resources from workspace A (the counts in the Resource menu on the left) however user is viewing a resource from workspace B

There's a general issue somewhere to make it clearer that the Resources menu is affected by the project/namespace filter (which is basically what the workspace filter is), but i don't think that would solve this specific issue.

In the cluster explorer world this bug previously wasn't possible, but with the introduction of more dashboard we'll need a general UX solution to this that can also be applied there.

@richard-cox exactly as you describe. Clicking on a particular Workspace from the dashboard or workspace list takes you to its corresponding Workspace view:

It's easy to miss that the workspace filter is still on "fleet-default" (in this case) even though the current is "Workspace:
fleet-local." It might be nice if it could switch context automatically. Clickable tiles in this Workspace view would be intuitive.
