Rancher UI: Resource List intermittently empty after editing resource as YAML

Setup

• Rancher version: 2.13.4 or 2.13.2
• Rancher UI Extensions: /
• Browser type & version: all

Describe the bug
Intermittently the user does not retrieve the list of the resources, in the screenshot an Ingress.

To Reproduce

• Log into Rancher
• Navigate to a cluster and open a resource list view (e.g., ConfigMaps, Ingresses, or a Custom Resource).
  Click the options menu on a resource -> Edit as YAML.
• Make a modification and click Save.
• Observe that you are returned to the resource list view

Result
List is completely empty

Expected Result
List is displayed

Nobody can reproduce this issue.

I was able to reproduce it consistently on release-2.13 but not on master.
I believe it has been fixed in #15916 (i can reproduce it with commit v948b554)
@richard-cox could you please confirm if I am correct and if we would consider backporting it? I saw that previously you thought it is too risky. Should we just tell the customer to upgrade to 2.14?

@richard-cox you are correct, I looked into it more and it is #16339 that fixed it. it seems smaller, so I will open a backport issue?
