• Table rows do not contain correct bottom borders

To Reproduce

• create some custom clusters (cluster management --> create --> custom. they don't need connecting to clusters)
• create some imported clusters (cluster management --> create --> imported. they don't need connecting to clusters
• custom clusters with description contain bottom border
• imported clusters, or any other cluster, with no description do not contain a bottom border

bottom of all rows should have a border
