Go to Explorer > Apps > Charts > Apply a filter

Result
Charts loses its highlighted state

Expected Result

• The "Charts" side nav item remains highlighted when a filter (category, keyword, etc.) is applied on the Charts page
• Removing the filter restores the highlighted state correctly
