Based on the work done in #16046 + #16352 (still needs to be merged) we should convert one or two current products in Rancher Dashboard to follow the new product registration.

With this we can prove the resilience and stability of the new product registration.

Dependent on #17330

Acceptance criteria:

• Product Fleet is fully migrated to the new product registration API with all existing unit and E2E tests passing
• Product Apps & Marketplace is fully migrated to the new product registration API with all existing unit and E2E tests passing
• No regressions introduced in the converted product's navigation, routing, or sidebar
