Versions later than 2.2.1 has not been published as container images #2328

Describe the bug
I noticed that versions later than v2.2.1 has not been published as ghcr.io/rancher/elemental-toolkit/elemental-cli container images but download guide still instructs to use those.
Expected behavior
Either new latest versions should be published or documentation should be updated.
