Speed up installation

Describe the solution you'd like:
Currently, I am using a custom ISO of registry.suse.com/suse/sl-micro/6.1/base-os-container and between the moment that I start the ISO and the (k3s) cluster is running it took me ~25min

I don't know how to improve it ? In an ideal world, I would like to have a (k3s) cluster running in 5m
Can you show me how to reduce this time ? Maybe with k3s preinstalled ?
I would like to understand what is taking this time

Great to hear from a user of k3sos! 25 minutes does seem like a long time, what kind of hardware or VM are you running this on?

Yeah 25min is not that bad, it’s more when we are doing some development and testing with Elemental where that start to be long to wait multiple times a day 25min

Most of the time we are using Virtual box, 4 CPU and 4GB of RAM

Could you share some logs so we can see what is taking time (journalctl) and any insights into if it's the elemental installation process or the cluster deployment taking time? Also, the custom Dockerfile would be interesting if it's available!
