Currently the jsonpatch for ignoring status changes is set in the fleet.yaml. This makes the process of finding the modifications and setting up the exclusion a bit cumbersome (especially if deploying an operator that changes after configuration)
Solution you'd like
It may make more sense to allow this option being set in the GitRepo instead. This would allow for new UI functionality where an admin could view the diff and select fields to ignore more directly.
