Make Rancher and Harvester integration work in airgapped mode as well #156
Description
If the environment is air-gapped but simultaneously integrated with Rancher, Rancher has problems reading data from the cluster (Namespaces, Images, Cluster Network, etc.) and therefore cannot provision RKE2 clusters, for example.
A scenario should be developed that includes a series of fix in the following cases:
- Rancher integration
- Harvester airgapped = true
- RKE2 cluster provisioning
