Helm value for StorageClass `parameters.nodeAffinity`

In your main README you mention you can set parameters.nodeAffinity for a StorageClass to allow PVs to reference a stable node if the kubernetes.io/hostname isn't stable. This configuration isn't exposed via the helm chart, but would be helpful to customize.
