Setup pre-trained Opni Log Anomaly AI Services on Ray running on Kubernetes cluster.

The task is to integrate the current existing Opni log anomaly detection services for the pre-trained models to now be running on a Ray cluster within Kubernetes. This will mean adding pipeline steps for the preprocessing service, pre-trained DRAIN service, the pre-trained Deep Learning models for inferencing and Opensearch Updating Service. Once this step is completed, benchmark testing will need to be done to compare processing time between the current log anomaly setup and the potential setup through Ray.
