Support multi-arch images

Currently, the images of OPNI are only for linux/amd64.
It will be nice to be added support for arm64 as well.

Hey @Kristian-ZH, is your use case for arm64 agents only or both agents and central opni components?

Thanks, I'll keep this in mind. If you want to use arm64 only for all components you could probably do that today without issue (although I haven't tested it), but mixed architecture agents would require a few changes to make the system aware of it.

I can not do that. The images do not work on arm

You will have to build the images yourself for now, since we don't yet build them in our CI. To build the images:

1. download dagger v0.2.36 here
2. clone opni and checkout the latest tag (0.10.0)
3. run dagger do load to build the images to your local docker daemon.
4. tag and push the images, then update the opni helm chart to replace the repository with your own.
