what about creating roles and role bindings?

Apparently https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/how-to-guides/new-user-guides/authentication-permissions-and-global-configuration/manage-role-based-access-control-rbac/cluster-and-project-roles#project-role-reference doesn't provide information about managing roles or role bindings in the namespaces within your project. From what I can see, a project owner can, but a project member cannot.

Should be mentioned in the documentation.
