• Rancher version: v2.8.3
• Browser type & version: Chrome

RKE1 vSphere external (out-of-tree) cloud provider description, has a docs link which leads to 404 Not Found

To Reproduce

1. Fresh install of Rancher v2.8.3
2. Navigate to Cluster Management > RKE1 > vmware vSphere Node driver
3. Select cluster options > cloud provider > external (out-of-tree), and once selected, there will be a description with a docs link
4. Visit docs link
5. Reproduced

User is brought to Rancher Docs

For reference, the URL being linked to is https://rancher.com/docs/rancher/v2.8/en/cluster-provisioning/rke-clusters/cloud-providers/vsphere/out-of-tree

Not sure if it's a prefix issue: https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/how-to-guides/new-user-guides/kubernetes-clusters-in-rancher-setup/set-up-cloud-providers/configure-out-of-tree-vsphere might be the right link but this may be simply a translations file issue.

@gaktive this likely needs to be addressed by the Docs team. They have already implemented support for redirecting the old docs URLs to the new ones when the version is 2.6 or lower(e.g. 2.6 link). Currently we have a relatively complex logic to generate the docs link which may require time to migrate to the new docs base link and test it.
