[RFE][docs] callout for rke2 cilium use-case in port requirements

Requirements in docs are lacking a callout for the Cilium use-case.

Port requirements should probably reference the Cilium ports at RKE2 inbound network rules as Ports for Rancher Server Nodes on RKE2 is incomplete for the Cilium use-case.
