What about the certificate on migrating Rancher to a new cluster?

AFAICS the ingress certificate for the server hostname is managed outside of Rancher itself, either in a hand-crafted secret or by using a certificate manager. https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/v2.6/how-to-guides/new-user-guides/backup-restore-and-disaster-recovery/migrate-rancher-to-new-cluster should mention that this certificate is not part of the migration procedure.

Should 3. Install cert-manager be included in instructions for Migrating Rancher to a New Kubernetes Cluster? Or should we tell users to do this step only if they are using certificates issued by Rancher's generated CA (ingress.tls.source=rancher) or to request Let's Encrypt issued certificates (ingress.tls.source=letsEncrypt)?
