Add a “Deploy Clusters with SUSE Rancher Prime Cluster API (Turtles)” section under “Cluster Deployment” (https://documentation.suse.com/cloudnative/rancher-manager/latest/en/cluster-deployment/cluster-deployment.html) that should point to the getting started guide of https://documentation.suse.com/cloudnative/cluster-api/.

Noting that the CAPI community documentation is undergoing docs restructuring(rancher/turtles-docs#215) that will affect the product docs as well, the placement of this page will have to consider the incoming changes.
