Fix Documentation for Missing container-selinux Dependency Package on SLES 15

SLES 15 is a supported platform, and RKE2 installation should proceed without errors. Users attempting to install RKE2 on SLES 15 via RPM encounter a dependency issue that blocks installation.

Problem: 1: nothing provides 'container-selinux >= 2.164.2-1.1' needed by the to be installed rke2-selinux-0.12-1.sle.noarch
Solution 1: do not install rke2-server-1.31.6~rke2r1-0.sle.x86_64
Solution 2: break rke2-selinux-0.12-1.sle.noarch by ignoring some of its dependencies

My understanding is that RPM installs are not supported on SLE 15. This is why the install script defaults to tar method on SLE.

If the user decides to place themselves into an unsupported configuration by installing the OpenSUSE selinux policies and overriding the install method to RPM, that is their choice and they can self-support - but we are not going to support or document it.
