Air-Gap instructions are not clear

When following the Airgapped instructions, there are assumptions of understanding which should be clarified. Particularly around RPM and scripted methodologies.

• They seem to imply you should be able to consult the RPM doc to obtain the image but that doc assumes network connectivity. There should either be a section in that doc on how to just 'obtain' the files or clearer notes on the Air-Gap page.
• The script method moves from step of curling github to installing without specifying that you should curl github from a network connected node and run the actual install on your airgapped node, nor does it note the steps in between.

I've not really reviewed the rest of the doc but skimming in passing leads me to believe there are other sections which if you were to follow as a customer following steps verbatim, you would run into hurdles of the air-gapped nature of the environment.

Which docs specifically? Are you looking at the SUSE docs, or the rke2 docs at docs.rke2.io? This is not the correct repo for either.

@brandond damn it I'm slow. Did this open against RKE2 the project? my apologies. I thought it had been opened against rke2-docs. I usually open these directly from the docs. I must have gotten windows mixed up.

@Tejeev would you be willing to open a PR? It doesn't have to be perfect, we can work on the language - but at least take a shot at addressing the gaps that you see.

@brandond one of these days it'll come up to the top of the list, but wouldn't it be better to have someone who doesn't know how to deploy airgapped follow the instructions and point out where they have issues? Perhaps from QA?
