Windows: rke2-uninstall.ps1 removal of AppData\Local\Temp\rke2-install is hardwired to "Administrator"

Hey all,

we noticed that after installation there is that the AppData\Local\Temp\rke2-install folder remains on the windows node.
I guess its used to untar/unpack the tar-balls and check their sums.

I saw in the uninstall script its hardwired to remove this folder again, but its hardwired to Administrator user.
If any other eleveated user (eg we use a cloudbase init "admin" acc) installed rke2, this will not cleanup.

I can fix this in the uninstall script, but I'd like to understand first why rke2 keeps the folder there.
If there are good reasons for keeping that -> Ill contribute the fix in the uninstall script.

If there is no good reason to not clean the folder after installation I think I'll take a issue (or see if I learn how to contribute at that place too ;-) )

I don't think there is a good reason for that, so it can be removed. Yes please, give it a try and thanks in advance!
