Feature Request: Configurable HTTP Proxy

Hi,
It would be great if the application supported using a configurable HTTP proxy for the sr-analyzer container.

requests.exceptions.ConnectTimeout: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='raw.githubusercontent.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /rancher/charts/refs/heads/release-v2.11/index.yaml (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f9cdc8a6850>, 'Connection to raw.githubusercontent.com timed out. (connect timeout=None)'))
