Allow users to reach out to ranchersupportnow@suse.com for help regarding SR UI app

The report UI should have the option to reach out to ranchersupportnow@suse.com (for both community and prime users) if they face any challenges during report generation/feedback about the tool. This should be a mailto kind of link from the bottom of the report page and also should be mentioned in some text which can be displayed during installation of the chart(just in case the users cannot install and run the sr app).
