In CAPD v1.13 DockerMachine and DockerCluster have been deprecated.
They can now be replaced by DevMachine and DevCluster.

Turtles can already adopt these after v1.13 bump. Mind however the upgrade test suite, for that the existing Docker examples need to be maintained.
