Expose kubeconfig.yaml for all kubernetes based packages

So for the K3S package I can grab the kubeconfig from `corral vars <.....>`  however I cannot get the kubeconfig on the rancher package. I think it would be useful to include for any of the packages that deploy or run on a cluster.
