[Obf] Arbitrary string mangling in Logs Collector obfuscation

A file (like an "exclude" file) which the user can create with a new-line-separated list of arbitrary strings which they wish to be obfuscated.
Logs collector would obfuscate these and spit out the mapping in the mapping file along with other mappings.
