Collect all system namespaces in log collector

Would it make sense to collect all the system namespaces in the log collector that are defined in the system-namespaces setting instead of manually adding them or hardcoding them in the script? See output of "kubectl get settings system-namespaces -o yaml"

This is a good list to use, that settings CRD I believe will only be available with the kubeconfig on a cp/server node. The worker/agent RBAC permissions are increasingly shrinking, so we likely will need to maintain a hardcoded list for those -- open to more elegant ways if we can
