Overwrite writer class for csv export

I have a need to extend and modify the writer class for a method $writer = new \OpenSpout\Writer\CSV\Writer($options);

Does it make sense for the writer be configurable so I can pass a custom class or what will be the best way to approach this

I'd say you shouldn't touch the existing constructor, but rather create a Factory method. This prevents other people's code from breaking.

Maybe you can create a PR to demonstrate your proposed changes?
