Model did not solve optimally #2

Hello! I was trying to run MERLIN on the MKN dataset and it kept running into the problem of the model not solving optimally. I have increaased the time limit for the ILP to 10 hours...I have also attached the error that was captured from the run. Perhaps I am doing something wrongly? The simulated data ran just fine.
