How to generate R array in SSID? #2
Description
When I was running SSID demo notebook, I met some issues with R Transformation Array. I was wondering how to generate R array here?
"an extra parameter R (a 3-by-3 numpy array) can be passed to transform Visium coordiantes (in homogeneous coordinate system)"
