Add support for fungible scalebar units

While we all prefer the sanity of the metric system, there are many disciplines in which one's customers require alternative measures of distance, such as nautical miles, miles, kilofeet, and even furlongs. Currently, EOmaps is the only python library facilitating easy scale-bar generation and placement and it would be very nice to have the ability to produce non-metric scalebars.

Thats indeed a nice idea and it should also be fairly easy to implement (after all, a conversion function to metric units is all we need 😄)

Would you be interested in implementing it?
I'm happy to accept a PR that would implement this feature for the scalebar
