Roadmap for v0.8.0 (Evaluation module)

v0.8.0 is going to be centered around the new Evaluation module (EpochByEpochAgreement and SleepStatsAgreement).

• Deprecate outdated standalone hypnogram function (e.g. yasa.plot_hypnogram).
• (TBD) Multi-scorer support for Hypnogram with a new HypnogramSet class: see HYPNOGRAM_MULTIPLE_SCORERS.md
• Major update of notebooks. Note that I'd like to gradually deprecate the notebooks and instead add more documentation tutorials for specific analyses (e.g. sleep staging, IRASA, spindles/SW detection, EEG-HRV coupling)
