Mupen64++ Kaillera results in no input

There is an issue with Mupen64++ when using kaillera netplay that causes the player 2 (the player not using the raphnet adapter) to be player 1 and the raphnet adapter does not work. I have tried using firmware version 3.3.2, 3.4.0, 3.5.0 and 3.5.1 as well as every plugin available and the same issue happens. The adapter works fine in single player without net play
