Not working on jekyll site hosted on github pages

The graph works and appears on my local machine but when I try deploying to ghpages, I get a 404 page not found error.

Hello Orgil, As you can see on http://raphv.github.io/gexf-js/ this works fine for me. Can you send me the URL of the repository you're trying to upload it to?
