When reviewing #21552 The contributor needed to make changes to both reverse.rbs bind_addresses and reverse_udp.rbs bind_address
Aside form the confusion in the plural/singular names they do (or rather should do) the same thing but oover time have drifted somewhat. We should consolidate these two methods into a single source so future changes only need ot be made in a single place.
