build error on macOS target

When trying to build on macOS im getting errors. For example when trying to build for aarch64-iphone-darwin
I get : Invalid configuration arm64-apple-darwin21.4.0': machine arm64-apple' not recognized

Looks like a known issue with json-c + cmake:
