Add support for generating docker bundle file

Docker bundle file don't support

• Volume
  • Any service that require volume will not be part of collection of services that produce docker bundle file.
• Image building
  • Add tag to docker-compose file for the services that we build specifically for our application.

Steps below to complete this feature

• ${COMPOSE_PROJECT_NAME}httpbackendlaravelnginx:${RASODU_PROJECT_VERSION}
• ${COMPOSE_PROJECT_NAME}phpfpmlaravel:${RASODU_PROJECT_VERSION}

Think if you want to put tag instructions in existing files or '*.tag.yml' file

Check if you can use docker-compose push to push these images.

Default version of of these services should be 'latest'
