[FEATURE]: Allow VNC to be enabled when creating image #1246

When I create a new image I always enable SSH, but the only reason I do that is that I can then enable VNC, it would be simpler for some users if the option to enable VNC was available in the imager - new users could then connect directly with the PI on their networks without having to resort to using SSH to enable VNC. At the moment there is friction of having to use SSH to get access to a headless desktop raspberry pi that I want to directly connect with.

I would like an additional option to enable VNC when creating a new image.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The current solution to enabling VNC is to use SSH which adds extra friction when setting up multiple machines.
Additional context
I love raspberry PI! and I love the SSH feature of the imager, I would just love it even more if I could enable VNC.
