Add StepFunction executor

Auger (just kidding it's actually here) adds a step function that invokes Cloud Buster via Granary. If Granary could invoke step functions, then Granary could invoke a task that invokes a different task that updates both tasks (and Franklin!). That would be really cool and the Granary in your Granary memes would be worth the complexity.
