Menu Rate Limit - Yes by default

I think it would be nice to set "Menu Rate Limit - Yes" by default in firmware for better compatibility overall.
If I have really old computers only, it impossible to using menu for enabling Menu Rate Limit.

Rate limit is already engaged by default in XT and Amstrad modes. Do you have computers that require rate limiting in PS/2 mode?

Yep, I have a bunch of computers that require rate limiting in PS/2 mode: ZX Evolution, Sprinter, and some others modern clones of ZX Spectrum.
