Documentation is outdated

• The official Website refers to Template components that do no longer exists
  e.g. https://ratatui.rs/templates/component/utils-rs/

• Also the internal documentation refers to a counter example that was removed months ago
  https://github.com/ratatui/templates/blob/main/component/README.md#counter--text-input-demo

This is really annoying for people trying to get familiar with ratatui (me).
Please, at least mark the doc as incomplete / outdated in case there are no resources to maintain it.
