i have been unsing this app for quite a while now, mostly for buttons (on/off) and displaying information via mqtt.
now i set up an rgb led strip that runs on an h801 with sonoff-tasmota firmware. i set it up accordingly:
widget type RGB LED
name test
sub.topic sonoff-h801/cmnd/color
on value on
off value (optional) off
it only shows a grey circle with a tiny white circle inside it.
now, i have also tried these very same settings in mqtt dash app, and there i get a color dial allowing me to set different colors. if i enter one, the led strip will actually use this color.
on linear-mqtt-dashboard, i do not even get the color dial. all general settings (mqtt server, username, password) are set correctly; every other mqtt topic within my network works, this is the only one that does not.
