Add an editor UI for the backend

There is already a webservice GetFilteredAssets that fetches assets from asset libraries (with keyword filter) or only keyword filtering.
Call GetFilteresAssets?apikey=xyz&assetlibrary=abc fetches all assets from assetlibrary called "abc".
Call GetFilteresAssets?apikey=xyz&assetlibrary=abc&keywords$aa$bb fetches all assets from assetlibrary called "abc" assigned with keywords "aa" or "bb".
Call GetFilteresAssets?apikey=xyz&keywords$aa$bb fetches all assets assigned with keywords "aa" or "bb".

Added an AuthToken mechanism to secure most of the webservices.

Use the webservice BackendAuth to receive a token (JSON).
Call BackendAuth?email=xyz&password=1234

With the token you are able to call the other webservices with for example:
GetKeywords?apikey=yourapikey&token=yourtoken

The authtoken mechanism can be switched true/false in the backend at the Properties (check_authtoken : true/false)

The InsertAsset webservice has an optional parameter "publicuse" that sets an flag for an asset to true or false. Values can be "true"/"false" or "on"/"off". If this parameter is not set, the default value is false!

When no assetlibrary is set and no keywords are specified, then all assets that are not scrapped and for public use are returned.
Also when filters are set, only assets for public use and not scrapped assets are returned.
