German Umlaute #425
Description
I uploades a csv-file with German Umlaute in several columns. Although Date locale was automatically set to de-DE, the Umlaute didn't show up correctly. Attached is the csv file. How can I get clean data in RAWGraphs 2.0 with German Umlaute?
