[Feature Request]: PrintNode child accounts support

Hi,

Thanks for the great library. One question please.
Do you plan to support child accounts for printnode? They allow creating printers under different users. And they have this in their documentation:
https://www.printnode.com/en/docs/api/curl#account-management

I understand it might go beyond the scope of this package. But just in case :)

I do think this would be a good feature to implement in the PrintNode driver, however I'm not sure if/when I'll add it in. I've refactored the driver in my new v4.x release I'm working on, which should make it easier to extend the driver and add it in until it's officially supported by the package.
