[release 1.1] Screen Manager template missing mecha font and coin.wav

• Noticed in release 1.1
• Generated new Screen Manager template project
• Opened solution file in VS2022
• Project built and launched without issue
• Log output shows that resources/mecha.png failed to load
• Log output shows that resources/coin.wav failed to load
• Looked at project file folder and no src/resources folder was there

@erikyuzwa Yeah, it's in the TODO list because it requires some additional actions depending on the build system, basically copy files from a provided RESOURCES_SRC_PATH to RESOURCES_DST_PATH, requires some work and testing...
