Description
Hi, @InformEthics, @azrahello, @135kp — that is, everyone who participated in the discussion of #10:
You have been invited as collaborators, with permissions to handle merge requests for any branch except the main branch. I believe that if we truly wish to collaborate as a team, this is a necessary step.
One of my heartfelt wishes is to contribute to the mflux project, driven by my deep emotional connection to it. When I was struggling on my MacOS 13.6, searching for a way to run the FLUX model for generating images, I discovered mflux. It was like a “苦海明灯” — meaning, when you are adrift and helpless in a boundless ocean, you see a beacon of hope guiding you forward. That is the depth of my feelings for mflux.
And in my interactions with the mflux team’s progress, its creator, @filipstrand , has given me hope and encouragement. One of its active contributors, @anthonywu , resolved the very first issue I raised. They are not gods, but their contributions have left a mark on me, and I hold immense gratitude for them.
However, because mflux is a Python library and this plugin is a ComfyUI plugin, their installation methods are fundamentally different. As a result, this plugin cannot be submitted to mflux as a pull request. This means my wish of appearing on the mflux contributors list is unattainable. Nevertheless, I will dedicate my efforts here, finding another way to make contributions to the mflux I cherish.
@InformEthics, @azrahello, @135kp Though your names may not appear on the mflux contributors list, they will always have a place on the contributors list of this plugin. Furthermore, if one day this plugin grows to be excellent and powerful enough, I will transfer ownership of this repository to mflux’s creator, @filipstrand , as an expression of gratitude. This is my public promise, open for everyone to witness. It is a matter of my personal ethics, and I believe ethics should not coerce or obligate others. So, @InformEthics, @azrahello, @135kp, please take time to carefully consider whether you would like to contribute to this repository.
The above constitutes the announcement of this invitation to collaborators.
