support r4 operations? #16
Description
I'm trying to use this tool on an R4 server I'm building on HAPI, specifically for the terminology services - and while it runs without errors, it is ignoring lots of stuff on the conformance statement - I'm not seeing anything generated for operations, like lookup, validate-code, expand, etc.
Is this a known limitation, or is something silently breaking when I run it? It also seems to ignore everything after my CodeSystem definition, so I'm wondering if it is just silently failing...
